Training day By Jacob Adolphe, Quentin Adolphe

Today we biked to the end of the W&OD trail. We started at mile 39 and went all the way to the end of the trail in Percllville. We used our camelbacks for the first time today and they have been a big help to us. getting to the end of the trail is a big accomplishment for all of us.

need water there is a straw that you bite then you sip then water is in your mouth .

Today we biked on the W&OD trail. this is a picture of me drinking water from the CamelBak. A camelBak is a backpack with a water storage called the blatter . We need to use one hand to get the water out of the straw.
