Loire Valley Training July 23, 2011 Day #33 Vancouver Canada by Ben Adolphe

Today we went biking around Stanley park. It took an hour to bike  around the three mile figure 8. We rented some pretty crappy bikes. Mom's chain fell off when we started. Dad showed everybody how to fix that. Then we were off. We were going slower than usual.

Dad's chain kept skipping and Jasmine had a fever. After a rough 2 miles some one passed me really fast and close and I fell less than a foot onto the other side of the trail. Then Quentin accidentally ran over my leg. Luckily there was a small area that we could take a break. After we took a break we started again. We biked the last mile and we walked our bikes back to the store.
